Terms of Service

1. Our services

Poop Savvy provides residential pet waste removal in eligible service areas. An online quote is based on the ZIP code, number of dogs, and visit frequency you select. Service availability, route capacity, yard conditions, and other details may affect whether we can accept or continue service.

2. Quotes and signup

Quotes shown on our website use the information you submit and are subject to correction if that information is inaccurate or incomplete. Selecting “Start my service” takes you to a secure Square checkout page for the matching plan. Your service is not confirmed until payment succeeds and Poop Savvy confirms your start date.

3. Prices, billing, and cancellation

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes or special-service charges may be added.
• Recurring plans are billed in advance through Square according to the plan selected at checkout.
• There is no long-term contract. You may cancel before the next billing date by contacting us.
• Payments already processed cover the applicable service period and are generally nonrefundable once service for that period has begun, except where required by law or agreed by us.
• A free initial cleanup is available only with eligible prepaid weekly service. Excessive accumulation, hazardous conditions, or areas outside the agreed service area may require a separate quote.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the service area, including working gate access or codes; keep aggressive or unsafe animals secured; disclose hazards, access concerns, and relevant yard conditions; and keep the agreed outdoor waste bin available when our service includes placing collected waste in that bin.

5. Visits, weather, and safety

Visit dates and arrival windows may change because of weather, holidays, route needs, unsafe conditions, locked gates, loose animals, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may skip or reschedule a visit when entry or service would be unsafe. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes.

6. Service expectations

We work carefully to remove visible pet waste from the agreed accessible area. Grass height, leaves, snow, debris, poor lighting, standing water, and similar conditions may make some waste difficult to locate. Pet waste removal improves yard cleanliness but does not sterilize a property or guarantee that pests, parasites, odors, or disease will be eliminated.

7. Email and text messages

When you provide contact information, you agree that we may send transactional messages about your quote, signup, payment, scheduling, arrival, completion, support, and related service matters. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing messages; service-related messages may still be sent where permitted by law. You may ask us to stop marketing email at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with website security or operation, or use site content or branding in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, services and this website are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated here. Poop Savvy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service period giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version and effective date. Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in the Texas county where Reed & Reed Ventures LLC is based, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
