We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, service address, city, ZIP code, number of dogs, requested service frequency, optional messages, gate or access details, and the quote presented to you.
Our website, hosting providers, and analytics or advertising technologies may also collect basic technical and activity information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, advertising identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.
2. How we use information
- Check service-area eligibility and calculate your quote.
- Save your quote and connect you to the correct Square payment link.
- Set up, schedule, deliver, bill for, and support your service.
- Send quote follow-ups and transactional email or SMS updates.
- Respond to questions, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and comply with law.
- Improve our website, routes, customer experience, and services.
3. Payments
Payment is completed on Square’s secure checkout service. Square, not Poop Savvy’s quote form, collects and processes your payment-card information. Square’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
4. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate, including website hosting and database providers, Square for checkout and billing, email providers for notices and follow-up, and Quo for business texting. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive device, browser, page-view, and related event information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or others, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Email and SMS choices
We may contact you about a quote you requested and about active or proposed service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS marketing message to opt out, or contact us directly. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the message instructions or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary service or transaction messages where permitted by law.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for quotes, service, customer care, business records, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal and operational exceptions. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging household pet waste service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
