Poop Savvy's Terms of Service
We keep things simple, but to make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few important service terms:
Client Responsibilities
Yard Access: You are responsible for maintaining safe and accessible entry to your yard. If we are unable to complete a cleanup due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other access issues, the visit will still be charged.
Pet Count: Please notify us promptly if the number of pets in your household changes, as this may affect your service rate.
Payments: All balances must be paid on time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
Service Adjustments
Weather: In cases of severe or hazardous weather, service may be delayed. We will return to complete your cleanup as soon as conditions allow.
Pausing Service: If your pets will not be using the yard for a period of time (vacation, illness, etc.), you may request a pause in service to avoid unnecessary charges. Please notify us in advance.
Liability
Poop Savvy assumes no liability for damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, pets, or other property during service.
Fees & Promotions
All pricing, fees, and promotions are subject to change. In the rare event of a change, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding balances remain due within 15 days.
By starting service with Poop Savvy, you agree to these terms.
